Each entry shows when it happened, how it was paid and what the balance was right after it. A doubt about a payment takes one look, not an argument.

Good to know
- Bisro doesn't send reminders by itself. WhatsApp opens with the message ready, and you press Send.
- Bisro records what customers owe. It doesn't collect money for you; UPI payments go straight to your own UPI account.
Questions
Does my customer need the Bisro app?
No. They get a normal WhatsApp message from your number.
Can I record part payments?
Yes. Tap Got Payment and enter any amount. The balance updates and the payment is saved with its date and time.
Can I set a due date?
Yes. Set one on the customer's khata, or pick 3, 7 or 15 days or month end when you put a bill on khata. Once it passes, reminder messages say how many days it's overdue.
Can I give my customer a statement?
Yes. Tap Ledger to make a PDF of their khata with every entry and the balance, then print it or share it.
What if I lose my phone?
Your customer accounts and entries are saved to your Bisro account. Install Bisro on a new phone and sign in with the same number.
Can I use it in Telugu or Hindi?
Yes. The whole app works in Telugu, Hindi and English.
