Questions about reminders
Does the reminder come from Bisro's number?
No. It goes from your own WhatsApp, so the customer sees your name and number.
Can I change the message?
Yes. WhatsApp opens with the text filled in. Edit anything before you press Send.
When does it say “overdue”?
When you've set a deadline on the customer's khata and it has passed. The message then says by how many days.
How does the UPI QR work?
Add your UPI ID in Bisro once. The With UPI QR reminder attaches your QR, and the customer pays into your own UPI account.
Does my customer need Bisro?
No. It's a normal WhatsApp message.
