Pay staff the right amount, without the month-end argument.
Mark each day in a few taps. Bisro works out the month's salary, takes off advances you've already given, and shows what's still due.

“I only missed two days.”
Every shop has had this conversation. Nobody wrote it down, so it comes down to whose memory wins, and someone goes home unhappy.
With Bisro, every day is marked as it happens and every advance has a date. On salary day you both look at the same month and the same number.
Monthly salary or daily wage
Pay staff the way you already do. Bisro works out each one differently, the way you would by hand.
Monthly salary
A fixed amount for the month. Absent days are taken off at the day's rate; a half day takes off half.
Daily wage
Paid for the days worked. Paid leave counts as a working day; a half day counts as half.
Example amounts for October (31 days). Paid leave is never deducted.
Every payment, on record
Salary or advance, each payment is saved with its date and a note. It's taken off what's due, and it shows up in your cashbook as a staff expense, so the day's money adds up too.

Questions about staff
Can I mark a half day?
Yes. Mark any day as present, half day, paid leave or absent.
How is a monthly salary worked out?
The month's salary is divided by the days in the month. Each absent day is taken off at that rate, and a half day takes off half. Paid leave isn't deducted.
What about daily-wage staff?
Set the pay as daily. Bisro pays for days present and paid leave, and half for half days.
Can I record an advance?
Yes. Record it when you give it, with a note. It's taken off what's still due.
Do my staff need the app?
No. You keep the records on your phone.
