Every item is shown with the text exactly as Bisro read it, so you can spot a mistake at a glance. Bisro also adds up the items and compares them with the total printed on the slip.

  1. Bisro matches the name to your customer and shows what they owe now.
  2. It lists each item, with the slip's own wording underneath.
  3. If the items don't add up to the slip's total, it tells you before anything is saved.
  4. You confirm once more, and only then is it posted to the khata.

What kind of slips work?

Printed bills and invoices work well. Handwritten slips and notebook pages work as a Beta feature, so check them carefully.

What if it reads an amount wrong?

You see every item with the text as it was read, and Bisro warns you if the items don't add up to the slip's total. Correct it before posting.

Is anything saved without my confirmation?

No. You confirm before the entry is posted to the khata.

Can I tell the customer?

After posting, Bisro can open WhatsApp with a short message about the entry. You choose whether to send it.

Is the photo kept?

The photo is used to read the slip for that scan. See the privacy policy for details.
